Scott has been with us for over 3 years now and in that time he has gone from helping people with their support problems to being directly involved with looking after the wellbeing of all our clients.
During his journey, he quickly acquired the knowledge required to become one of our VoIP specialists and played a key role in the design and deployment of an automated system with over 200 users. After discovering he had a greater passion for client success he moved to our account management team while also being responsible for developing our marketing material and helping Roswell grow.
